BLIND REVELATIONS is a collection of etchings and monoprints that explore the human body as a conduit, an imperfect vessel, that moves through the seen and unseen. With imagery drawn from the writings and visions of female medieval mystics, this work seeks to draw out the contradictions and disconnections between physical and spiritual states. In pursuit of some flimsy nirvana, corporeal forms yearn for perfect embodiment and desire ultimate transcendence.
